1. 📝 Acceptance of Terms

By using our services (car decoration, detailing, rentals, denting, painting, battery, etc.), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. 🛠️ Service Scope

  • Included Services: Custom modifications, denting/painting, car rentals, battery replacement, alloy/tyre care.

  • Compliance: All modifications comply with the Motor Vehicles Act, 2019. Customers are responsible for post-service legal adherence.

3. 📅 Bookings & Payments

  • Advance: 20% non-refundable advance for bookings.

  • Full Payment: Due before vehicle handover/service completion.

  • Late Fees: 2% daily charge on overdue payments.

4. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Window:

    • >48 Hours: Full refund (minus advance).

    • <24 Hours: No refund.

  • Rentals: No refund for early returns or no-shows.

5. ⚠️ Liability & Risks

  • Pre-Existing Damage: Documented during booking; not our liability.

  • Rentals: Customer liable for fines, accidents, or theft during rental period.

  • Modifications: Use at your own risk. We are not liable for mechanical failures post-service.

6. 🛡️ Warranties

  • Paint/Denting: 6-month warranty (excludes accidents).

  • Batteries: 18-24 months (brand-specific).

  • Rentals: Insurance covers damages (deductible applies).

7. 🔄 Vehicle Handover

  • Inspection: Pre- and post-service checklist signed by both parties.

  • Storage Fee: ₹200/day for unclaimed vehicles after 3 days.

8. 🚗 Rental-Specific Terms

  • Fuel Policy: Return with full tank or pay ₹100/L + service fee.

  • Mileage Limit: 300 km/day. Excess charged at ₹15/km.

  • Prohibited Use: No racing, off-roading, or illegal activities.

9. 📸 Intellectual Property

  • Designs/Custom Work: Our logos, wraps, and modifications are our IP. Replication requires written consent.

10. 📍 Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law: Rajasthan's laws apply. Disputes resolved in Jodhpur  courts.

🚨 Force Majeure

🚗📜 HP CAR DECOR AND RENTAL  – CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 📜🚗

1. 📋 Eligibility & Booking

  • Age Requirement: Minimum 21 years for self-drive (valid driving license for 1+ year).

  • Documents:

    • Original Driving License (Indian or International Permit for foreigners).

    • ID Proof: Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.

    • Address Proof: Utility bill or rental agreement (not older than 3 months).

  • Booking: Confirmed only after 20% advance payment.

2. 💰 Payment & Charges

  • Security Deposit: Refundable amount (varies by vehicle type) blocked via credit card/cash.

  • Fuel Policy: Return with full tank or pay ₹150/L + service fee.

  • Additional Charges:

    • Late Return: ₹500/hour (max ₹5,000/day).

    • Excess KM: ₹20/km beyond 300 km/day limit.

    • Toll/Parking: Customer’s responsibility.

3. 🚫 Prohibited Uses

  • Illegal Activities: Racing, smuggling, or transport of prohibited goods.

  • Geographical Limits: No interstate travel without prior approval.

  • Modifications: No alterations (stickers, mechanical changes) to the vehicle.

4. 🛡️ Insurance & Liability

  • Coverage: Includes collision damage and third-party liability (excludes reckless driving).

  • Customer Liability:

    • Deductible: ₹10,000–20,000 per incident.

    • Void Conditions: Drunk driving, off-roading, or unapproved drivers.

  • Accident Protocol: Inform us immediately and file an FIR.

5. 🔄 Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Window:

    • >72 Hours: Full refund (minus advance).

    • 24–72 Hours: 50% refund.

    • <24 Hours: No refund.

  • No-Show: Full booking amount forfeited.

6. 🚗 Vehicle Condition & Return

  • Pre-Rental Inspection: Joint checklist (photos/videos) signed by both parties.

  • Damage Charges: Customer pays for scratches, dents, or interior damage (beyond normal wear).

  • Cleaning Fee: ₹500 if returned excessively dirty.

7. ⏰ Rental Period Extension

  • Extension Request: Must be made 6 hours before return time.

  • Approval: Subject to availability and additional payment.

8. 📍 Jurisdiction & Disputes

🚗📄 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR CAR RENTAL SERVICES 📄🚗
 

1. 🪪 DRIVER'S LICENSE

  • Valid Original License: Mandatory for self-drive (Indian or International Driving Permit for foreigners).

  • Validity: License must be valid for at least 1 year from the rental date.

2. 📃 PROOF OF IDENTITY (POI)

  • For Indian Nationals:

    • Aadhaar Card

    • PAN Card

    • Passport

    • Voter ID

  • For Foreign Nationals:

    • Passport with Valid Visa

    • Immigration Documents

3. 🏠 PROOF OF ADDRESS (POA)

  • Recent Utility Bill: Electricity/Water/Gas Bill (not older than 3 months).

  • Rental Agreement (if applicable).

  • Foreign Clients: Hotel Booking or Local Sponsor’s Address Proof.

4. 💳 PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT

  • Credit Card: For security hold (ensure sufficient limit).

  • Debit Card/Cash: Higher deposit may apply.

  • Corporate Rentals: Company Authorization Letter + GSTIN Certificate.

5. 📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM

  • Signed agreement outlining terms (mileage limits, fuel policy, penalties).

6. 📸 VEHICLE INSPECTION REPORT

  • Pre- and post-rental checklist with photos/videos of existing scratches/dents.

7. 🚘 VEHICLE INSURANCE (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Personal Insurance: Check if it covers rentals.

  • Rental Provider’s Insurance: Opt-in for coverage (extra charges may apply).

8. ✈️ TRAVEL DOCUMENTS (FOR TOURISTS)

  • Flight/Train Tickets (for pickup verification).

  • Hotel Booking Confirmation.

  • Digital Copies: Accepted for faster processing (ensure clarity).

  • Security Deposit Refund: Processed within 7-10 working days post-inspection.

  • Age Restriction: Minimum 21 years for luxury/SUV rentals.

  • One-Way Rentals: Permit for interstate travel (if applicable).
